What role will this Wild Boar play in your child's imaginings? An ill-tempered character in a woodland adventure? The noble quarry of a medieval hunt? The mount of a Norse god? A good toy requires children to exercise their imaginations during play. The form and decoration of a Holztiger figure is kept simple just for this purpose. Holztiger figures are made of hardwood (usually maple) from sustainably managed forests in southern Germany. They are painted by hand and then given a clear protective topcoat to make them resistant to damage from moisture. All paints, varnishes and wood stains are water-based and free from harmful solvents. Please note that due to size variations, we recommend you check the dimensions of each figure.
