As soon as your order is billed and shipped, we will send an email confirmation with shipment and tracking details.
Find the tracking number on your shipping confirmation email and enter that number at www.canadapost.ca. You can also find the tracking number on the order details page by logging in to my account.
Note: It can take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated on the shipping carrier's website.
You can track the payment and shipping status on the order details page after you log in to my account. Or contact us and we will be glad to track your order for you.
Please consider the following when tracking your order:
- Credit card verification / approval must be made prior to processing your order.
- Money order / personal cheque must be cleared prior to processing your order.
