Return & Exchange Policy
Baby Naturopathics offers a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, we will gladly accept it back for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
All returned products must be in original condition with all packaging complete (in the case of apparel items, tag still attached).
Please note: Shipping charge is not refundable. We cannot accept returns that arise from customer negligence or misuse. We are not liable to refund and/or give credit for damaged, misrepresented or ineligible returns.
For safety reasons, personal skincare products are not returnable.
Return & Exchange Procedures
Step 1: Request RMA Number
Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by logging in to your account and finding the order you wish to return (under “View Previous Orders”). On the order details page, you will find a link to request a RMA at the bottom. Simply fill out the form to request a RMA.
Please DO NOT return any products until you have received a RMA number from us.
Step 2: Wait for Approval
As soon as you fill out the RMA form, we will be notified of the return request. We will then evaluate the return and either approve or deny the request. We will notify you of the status of the RMA request both via email as well as on the order details page accessible from your "My Account" menu. If the RMA request is approved, a RMA number will be generated automatically, together with instructions on how to return the product to us.
Step 3: Prepare the Return
Upon receipt of the RMA number, include the original invoice and the return product in a box addressed to the following:
Returns Dept. – RMA # (please fill in the RMA # assigned)

For returns from outside Canada, please write “Canadian goods returning” on the outside of the box to avoid unnecessary delays and duties and/or customs brokerage fees.
Step 4: Ship the Return
Please ship the product back to us prepaid. Be sure to get a tracking number. We STRONGLY recommend that you insure the package which protects you in case the shipment is damaged and lost in transit.
We will notify you upon the receipt of your package.
