Directions for use: Pour a little oil into one palm and rub your palms together to warm the oil before applying it on your baby. Add more oil as you massage your baby (but remember to warm the oil in your hands first). For bathing, pour a few drops into your baby's bath water.
Recommended for: Babies 3 months of age or older.
