Pythagoras Puzzle Game provides a playful introduction to mathematical concepts. Begin the game by dividing all the pieces equally between players. One player begins by laying down the large red square. Each player in turn tries to match a piece to the previous player's piece. If a player can't go, he/she misses a turn. The first player to lay down all the pieces is the winner.
Can't find an opponent? Well, don't put the game away just yet. Use the puzzle pieces to create colorful and intricate designs. Pythagoras Puzzle Game includes 70 alder wood pieces and instructions. Packaged in a small cardboard box with a clear plastic cover. Made in Germany by GRIMM'S Spiel and Holz Design.
Remarks about GRIMM'S colors: You may notice some paint transference on the game pieces. This is not considered a defect as the pieces are unlacquered. GRIMM'S does not use lacquer in order to preserve the natural feel of the wood (which is in line with their aim to design toys according to principles of Waldorf and Montessori education).
