Kathe Kruse Cloth Doll Koko's outfit coordinates nicely with her blonde hair. Koko wears a dress with a green striped bodice and a skirt in the Princess P pattern (Princess P, hearts, mirrors, castles and flowers). She also wears a green fleece vest and matching booties. The shoes have green striped cuffs. Koko's clothing is removable. Koko's huggable body is weighted with sand and covered with soft cotton stockinette. Her features are painted by hand.
